Uk deliveries
Your HotDot Order will be dispatched either in a bag or cardboard box depending on the type of product. It will have your receipt inside with pricing and product you ordered, please let us know if you don't want this for secrecy !
We use first class royal mail for all our parcels unless the item is larger then we use parcel force via the post office.
We also offer an exclusive UK express delivery service via DPD which is next day and tracking with a text and email.
Overseas Deliveries
We use airmail via the post office for most overseas deliveries. On rare circumstances we will use a courier usually when its larger quantities or larger parcels.
From the moment a carrier attempts to deliver the goods they are the customer's responsibility and the customer has to accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.
Where the Customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods we may, at our discretion, cancel the entire order.
Any delivery charges made are also applied again in the event of a return due to non delivery or a cancellation after the goods have been dispatched.
We have 3 forms of overseas delivery.
Zone 1 (Europe)
Zone 2 (The Americas and middle east)
Zone 3 (Far East and Australasia)

Special delivery arrangements can be made , these will incur an extra charge , please email for details. There are certain countries that we may not be able to deliver to.
EU deliveries
Due to the change in recent years with regards to Brexit and shipping from the UK to the EU, We will now not include shipping taxes within our pricing, this will be something you will have to pay to allow your parcel into the country. The prices can vary on the size of the order.
This will apply on all items being shipping into Europe.
RETURNS
Refunds
Our policy is to take anything back that you are not satisfied within 7 days of delivery and a full refund of the returned item will be made providing the following conditions are met:
A/ The cost of returning the product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or otherwise faulty.
B/ The goods must be adequately packed to prevent damage in transit.
C/ Goods must be received by us in their original condition, unused, undamaged for us to be able to offer a refund or replacement.
D/ The returns and refunds policy does not apply to custom items that have been specially requested and painted to order to particular requirements.( unless faulty ) Trade orders or large volume orders will also be excluded from standard returns policy.
E/ The refund is for the cost of the item only and does not include the initial delivery charge.
Damaged goods
If goods are delivered in a damaged condition this must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery in order for us to replace your product(s) free of charge. Failure to do so will disqualify you against a free replacement. Please check packaging carefully when receiving a delivery and make note of any damage. When signing for a delivery please report and sign for any damage to packaging when accepting your delivery.This will help us to claim against the delivery company.
